Andrew Gaddis – Vice President / Account manager
Andrew Gaddis is the Vice President and Account Manager at Big White Dog, having joined the company in 2020. He started his career in the financial services industry in 2019 with a role in mortgage services at Wells Fargo. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, NC, and is currently pursuing a second degree in Accounting at Liberty University. Andrew and his wife, Natsumi, Reside in Tokyo, Japan. Andrew enjoys playing strategic wargames in his spare time.
Cady Wright – Graphic Designer and Social Media Content Creator
With an Associate degree in Information Technology focusing on Digital Media, Cady has a knack for technical knowledge and creative flair. As a social media content creator and graphic designer at Big White Dog, she specializes in producing visually compelling print and digital designs as well as social media content for small businesses. She enjoys helping brands effectively communicate their message and connect with their target audience.
Megan Jarvis – Administrative Assistant
Megan has been thriving in administrative roles since 2016. She’s a Granite Falls, NC native and outside of work she enjoys spending time with her three dogs and bearded dragon, as well as indulging her passion for organizing and decorating.
Anderson Mwasele – Account Manager/Quickbooks
Anderson is a dedicated accounting professional poised to embark on a rewarding career in the financial sector. Anderson completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Truett McConnell University in 2024, following an enriching athletic journey as a college basketball player for four years at both Emmanuel University and Truett McConnell. This unique combination of rigorous academics and competitive sports has cultivated skills in discipline, teamwork, and time management—qualities essential for success in the accounting field.
As Anderson prepares for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam, he is excited for the opportunities that lie ahead in his career path. His passion for accounting is complemented by his strong ability to work collaboratively with others, a skill honed on the basketball court. In his spare time, Anderson continues to enjoy playing basketball and engaging with peers, reinforcing a commitment to maintaining a balanced and fulfilling personal life while advancing professionally.
